Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Quality Assurance Specialist to spearhead our testing efforts and drive quality across our software development projects. As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality testing services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, coordinate resource allocation, and facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.
  • Lead a team of testers, provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure excellence in testing deliverables.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and optimize testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment with project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or testing leadership roles, preferably in complex integration projects within the financial sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing services, including API testing, automation, and manual testing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Consumer Data Rights Standards and Regulations is highly desirable.
