Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate with external agencies to resolve any operational issues or conflicts.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential delays or problems, working closely with Network Control to optimize rail traffic movement.
  • Compile and distribute reports on rail traffic performance, providing insights for future planning and optimization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
