Agricultural Sales Professional

At AFGRI Equipment, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment, and to develop strong relationships with customers across Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving maximum sales profitability and growth within their assigned territory. They will also be expected to develop and maintain a sales system that recognizes and enforces concepts leading to customer loyalty and referrals.
About the Role:
- Establish and maintain a sales system that promotes customer loyalty and referrals
- Maintain and build on sales to ensure department profitability
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
- Resolve customer problems and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all other departments to reduce conflict and maximize dealership profitability
About You:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in an agricultural setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate knowledge of standard Microsoft desktop applications and in-house software
