What You'll Bring:

We're seeking a people and culture professional with:

  • ">
  • 8–10 years of HR expertise, with a strong focus on ER/IR in a multi-site, unionised workforce.">
  • Proven problem-solving skills to handle complex employee relations and workplace investigations.">
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, awards, and enterprise agreements.">
  • The ability to coach, influence, and inspire leaders to achieve their best.">
  • A passion for creating a high-performing, inclusive workplace.">
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, or related disciplines (highly desirable).">
