We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the success of our regional business units. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing multiple teams in Employment Services contract delivery.

About the Role

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing revenue, service delivery, and strategic business development with a hands-on approach. You will develop local connections with employers and community support organisations, vital to sustainable employment outcomes for job seekers in your region.

Key Requirements

You should be able to demonstrate previous success in a similar role and have a leadership approach that focuses on identifying and developing team members' strengths. Key to your success is your ability to identify and implement performance improvement strategies resulting in significant, measurable outcomes. Tertiary qualifications are desirable, and regional/interstate travel is required (where possible and compliant with travel guidelines).
