Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the development of a learning resource, ensuring it meets the needs of diverse learners.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across teams and regions to ensure the resource is practical and inclusive.
  • Develop high-quality written responses to policy positions and curriculum implementation matters, ensuring alignment with departmental priorities.
  • Facilitate professional learning opportunities for stakeholders to build capacity and understanding of the resource and its application in schools.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of the Australian Curriculum Version 9 General Capabilities, with the ability to develop innovative resources that support alternative learning pathways and inclusive practices.
  • Strong written communication and digital delivery skills, with the ability to produce high-quality resources and responses tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in facilitating professional learning and engaging a range of stakeholders to build capacity and understanding of curriculum initiatives.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Relationship-building skills to foster productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement in curriculum implementation.
