Job Title: Associate Director

Our Real Estate team is embedded within the Infrastructure, Asset & Places group, providing integrated solutions for clients across the real estate and place life cycle.

Your Opportunity

As an Associate Director, you will support large-scale city-shaping and urban renewal projects, delivering precincts tied to complex real estate, place, and infrastructure projects. You will manage client engagements, coach and develop junior staff, and support market growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial and financial advice on complex transactions, business cases, and financial models.
  • Support clients in the assessment, analysis, valuation, and procurement of assets.
  • Collaborate with KPMG specialists across various disciplines to provide integrated solutions.
  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic advice.
Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate, mixed-use development, place, and placemaking environments.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver commercial advice.
