Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Accounts & Payroll Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and managing the day-to-day financial functions of the company, including bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing and processing payroll, handling invoicing and collections, maintaining accurate financial records and reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Providing support to management with financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a similar role for a residential builder, building supplier, or commercial contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
