Financial Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Financial Professional to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The role offers flexibility and diversity, with opportunities for growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, including account receivables and payables, bank reconciliation, and processing wages for 15 employees. They will also oversee other financial and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in a book-keeping or accounting role
  • Preferred experience with HR, Insurance, and Payroll
  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as Exonet by MYOB
  • Professional, friendly, and well-presented demeanor
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills
  • C Class License and own vehicle

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $38-$40 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay and penalty rates. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with no weekends required.
