Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Transport Group Lead to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our largest group in Western Australia and driving business growth across the Transport sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine and implement the business plan for the Transport Group in Western Australia, aligning with our Australia & New Zealand business strategic objectives and initiatives.
  • Develop a high profile with key Transport sector government, private, and contractor clients in Western Australia, positioning the business for future growth.
  • Hold project governance roles on projects and manage the team effectively to achieve project objectives, liaising with clients and stakeholders to meet their expectations.
  • Clearly communicate business priorities to the team and deliver high levels of engagement and respect in your leadership style.
  • Successfully deliver a program of projects, ensuring they are adequately resourced, delivered on time and on budget, with high client satisfaction and commercial alignment with business expectations.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the Western Australian Transport market or demonstrated experience in market engagement and work winning in a similar market.
  • Experience in successfully leading and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to develop a strong client base.
  • An effective leader with tenacity and drive to achieve outstanding results and grow the team.
  • Collaborative and willing to share knowledge, experience, ideas, and expertise for the betterment of the group and self.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification with 15+ years of relevant experience.
