Job Title:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, taking pride in your work and have excellent communication skills, this could be the ideal role for you.

About the Role:

This is a part-time opportunity working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7-3pm. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our gardens and grounds throughout the village, working closely with residents to ensure our gardens are well-maintained, presentable and safe for all to enjoy.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all village gardens including weeding, mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching and green waste removal
  • Ensure all community spaces are appealing and safe for our community and visitors
  • Carry out preventative groundskeeping tasks around the community as per schedules
  • Complete additional ad-hoc tasks delegated to you by Community Manager
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with gardening equipment and tools
