Employee Relations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Relations Manager to partner with business stakeholders and lead workplace investigations, effectively managing disciplinary matters related to conduct and performance.
This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders, build relationships, and interact with a wide client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all matters and complaints in a fair and objective manner.
- Conduct investigations, including developing investigation and risk plans, securing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and drawing conclusions.
- Provide employee relations advice and complaint handling and case management support to senior leaders, line management, and human resources.
- Liaise with diverse stakeholders, build strong relationships, and interact effectively with a wide client base.
- Provide high-level guidance and influence outcomes.
- Extensive experience providing employee relations advice and case management support to stakeholders at all levels.
- High-level interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated superior sound judgment and emotional intelligence, especially in relation to dealing with sensitive, confidential, and potentially controversial matters.
