OT Cyber Security Architect

This role focuses on defining and governing OT cybersecurity architecture for all projects and enterprise integrations. As a key authority, you will embed secure-by-design and secure-by-default principles to elevate the enterprise's cybersecurity posture.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. You will collaborate with architecture teams to ensure designs align with the overall roadmap and strategy.
  2. You will develop and iterate on both logical and physical models for systems architectures.
  3. You will assess and select the best architectural solutions, documenting the rationale for all decisions.
  4. You will provide technical guidance and leadership to program teams.
  5. You will help develop and execute a communication strategy to engage staff and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in OT, ICS, or control systems environments, with at least 5 in a dedicated architecture or security design role.
  • Experience securing critical infrastructure (e.g., transport, rail, energy, utilities, industrial automation).
  • Deep familiarity with network and system architecture, OT protocol security, remote access hardening, and segmentation strategies.
  • Certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, SABSA, CISSP-ISSAP, TOGAF (with security focus), or SANS ICS 410/515 are highly desirable.
