Key Responsibilities:
  • Excellent customer service is essential when responding to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and identify pest issues, developing effective treatment plans for complete eradication.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments, including client information, treatment details, and follow-up actions.
  • Safely operate company vehicles, equipment, and technology.
Requirements:
  • A current Driver's Licence.
  • A current Pest Management Licence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Physical capability to handle the demands of the role.
