Pest Control Specialist

Elite Carpet Dry Cleaning is seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pest control services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of treatment required to eliminate specific pests.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on the best course of action to eliminate identified pests.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customers' premises to identify pest problems.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional company services and products.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience in pest control.
  • Licensed to perform pest control services.
  • General Pest Control License is a must.
  • Termite License is an advantage.

Benefits:

  • Weekly performance bonus and commission for upselling and increasing bookings.
  • 20% commission for up-sales.
  • 10% commission for closed business deals.
  • Above Award rate plus Super and Legal Entitlements.
  • A vehicle can be provided for successful applicants to travel to and from work.
