Procurement Manager Position

The organization is seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to manage its sourcing and supply chain function. With a strong presence in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, this business serves customers across the region.
About the Role- Manage all supplier contracts and lead negotiations with key suppliers
- Review and enhance procurement policies and procedures to optimize stock levels and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with ESG and modern slavery reporting requirements
- Coordinate import activities including freight, cost calculations, and invoice management
- Maintain optimal stock levels aligned to production forecasts and identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain improvements
- Support new product development sourcing requirements and item setup in ERP systems
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering capability and collaboration across functions
- Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, ideally within food manufacturing or FMCG
- Proven success managing international supply chains and freight forwarders
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, purchasing processes, and Excel
- Commercially savvy with leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Degree qualified in Business, Procurement, or related discipline
