Job Description

The role of Regulatory Risk Expert at Cbus Super Fund supports regulatory engagement, risk governance and reporting across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interactions with regulators such as APRA and ASIC, preparing briefing materials and maintaining accurate records of regulatory communications.
  • Support monitoring regulatory changes, preparing submissions and reporting to internal committees.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality risk reporting, review documentation for consistency and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and uphold governance standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar Senior Risk Analyst or Project Coordinator role supporting compliance, governance or regulatory relations in APRA/ASIC regulated industries.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills in writing risk reports and using enterprise GRC software solutions.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to a supportive team culture.
