KBR Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Orbital Analyst to join our team. As an Orbital Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers' needs by conducting orbital analysis using our cutting-edge space domain awareness tool, Iron Stallion.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions to complex problems. As an Orbital Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including supporting customer needs, conducting orbital analysis, and maintaining the Unified Data Library (UDL).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct orbital analysis using Iron Stallion to support customer needs.
  • Understand and work with the Unified Data Library (UDL).
  • Conduct UDL catalogue maintenance, including record cleaning, validation, and sanitation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth and well-represented relationships with KBR.
  • Demonstrate the use of Iron Stallion at selected trade shows, events, and customer meetings.
  • Provide training to supported clients when requested.
  • Support the development of an Australian-led training program for Iron Stallion.
  • Maintain administrative responsibilities in accordance with KBR policy, including Workday Goals and Milestones.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in space domain awareness, orbital mechanics, and/or orbital analysis.
  • Undergraduate degree in science, engineering, mathematics, or another related field.
  • Hold current NV2 or TSPV security clearance.
  • Working experience or an understanding of ADF processes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
