Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet client requirements using best-of-breed technologies and methodologies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and statements of work (SOW).

Providing advice, high-level and detailed designs during project delivery engagements is also an essential aspect of this role.

Ensuring quality oversight at various stages of the project lifecycle, creating solution proposals and cost models for projects, producing responses to request for proposals (RFPs), and acting as the design authority and technical escalation point for projects are other key responsibilities.

Collaborating with the project delivery team to develop customer account plans and roadmaps, managing projects through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • The right to work in Australia or New Zealand
  • At least 10+ years of ERP consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or earlier versions of Dynamics AX
  • Working knowledge of the D365 platform, including D365 CE, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and Power BI
  • Experience in consulting for manufacturing organisations
  • Experience of delivering at least 3 international end to end D365 projects
  • Strong pre-sales experience and the ability to build relationships with ISV partners
  • Excellent presentation, demonstration, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • An affinity for technology and strong analytical skills
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team
