Regulated Parking Compliance Officer

Redland City Council seeks a Regulated Parking Compliance Officer to join their team. As a key member of the council, you will play a critical role in ensuring fair use of parking and upholding important local laws.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Regulated Parking Compliance Officer to conduct investigations and enforcement activities related to parking and animal registration. You will engage with the public to provide respectful, high-quality customer service, education, and support around local laws and responsible behaviour.

  • Conducting investigations and enforcing regulations related to parking and animal registration.
  • Engaging with the public to provide excellent customer service and educate them on local laws and regulations.
  • Managing daily workloads and priorities to meet timeframes and customer expectations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Prior experience with investigations and interpreting local laws is ideal, but what matters most is your ability to engage effectively with the community and stay resilient in a busy and often unpredictable environment.
