Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned IAM Program Security Architect/Lead to oversee the strategic direction, implementation and continuous improvement of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the enterprise IAM strategy, roadmap and execution across workforce and CIAM platforms.
  • Own the architecture and governance of IAM solutions including Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow and supporting technologies.
  • Oversee identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control and access reviews.
  • Drive incident response and root cause analysis for IAM-related issues ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business, security and IT stakeholders to align IAM capabilities with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Workday and cloud/SaaS platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional IAM team fostering technical excellence and leadership development.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams policies and operational procedures.
  • Stay current with IAM trends vendor roadmaps and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
