Lead the strategic design, integration, and delivery of solution and cyber architectures for a complex program. Provide technical leadership, ensure alignment with enterprise goals, and manage a high-performing architecture team. Ability to obtain NV1/Baseline clearance is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a program-wide strategic architecture roadmap integrating solution and cyber designs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architects, driving performance, capability, and quality outcomes.
  • Deliver fit-for-purpose, high-quality architectures aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
  • Provide thought leadership in architecture and cyber security strategy.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and ensure integration with enterprise architecture.
  • Oversee technical delivery, resolve complex issues, and maintain governance alignment.
  • Chair architecture governance/design forums and present solutions for approval at relevant councils.

Essential Criteria
  • 10+ years' experience as a lead architect, delivering complex solutions at scale.
  • Broad technical and architectural expertise balancing strategic and tactical needs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • 5+ years' leadership of architecture practices and teams.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into solution designs and strategic roadmaps.
  • Skilled in mentoring teams and leading design reviews with executives.

Desirable Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Business (or equivalent) plus TOGAF or equivalent certification.
  • Experience delivering fraud detection/compliance transformation and enterprise integration.
  • Federal Government security clearance (or ability to obtain).
  • AWS architecture certification and expertise in cloud, cyber, and enterprise platforms.
