- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with all stakeholders, including residents, families, and external partners, to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a Facility Management role, with a proven track record of leading a team and delivering high-quality care.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
