Senior Supply Chain Specialist

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our In-Service Support (ISS) team as a Senior Supply Chain Storeperson. Located in Pinkenba, this role will provide logistics support to a multitude of L3 Harris projects, standing offers, and services associated with the freight and distribution of L3 Harris communications equipment and ancillaries.
Responsibilities- Work autonomously and provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.
- Operate and maintain multiple ERP systems in accordance with procedures.
- Monitor receipts, issues, and stock movements within the warehouse, external suppliers, and other L3Harris segments.
- Assist with the management of receipt and issue activities for External Purchase Order (EPO).
- Assist Program Support with the processing of customer orders.
- Act as customer liaison between the CoA and L3Harris for all inventory held within the ISC warehouse.
- Undertake records management in accordance with Commonwealth of Australian (CoA) and HCA policy.
- Assist with internal Supply Chain KPI reviews with the ISS Performance Team.
- Provide input into the review of processes and procedures within Inventory Control.
- Understanding of the fundamentals for supply chain management.
- Understanding of Defence warehousing and Supply chain processes and systems, Military Integrated Logistics Information System (MILIS) qualifications for warehousing, stocktaking, and Disposals or SAP.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
