Job Description:

This role requires advanced knowledge, expertise, and skills in crafting solutions to complex statewide preventive health policy issues.

You will drive strategic change by leveraging communication, consultation, and negotiation skills, shaping policy or program reforms, fostering innovation, and promoting quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities include providing expert advice to senior management and stakeholders on effective preventive health efforts for chronic disease in Queensland.

Leading collaboration with internal and external partners is also a key responsibility to boost preventive health efforts and improve policy implementation and evaluation.

Additionally, managing change, building team skills, and creating a positive work environment through strong leadership are essential responsibilities of the role.

Able to collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve common goals.

Familiarity with statewide preventive health policy issues.

Ability to drive strategic change and promote quality improvement.
