This role is located at our Laverton facility in Melbourne, where you will be part of a small team supporting revenue management and customer on-boarding activities.
Job OverviewThis position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and transformation journey in the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting business operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a keen eye for detail, be highly organized, and able to multitask with ease.
Key Responsibilities- Support revenue management processes and systems.
- Assist the Business Services Manager and team with claims management and customer on-boarding activities.
- Update rate cards to prevent revenue leakage and assist in invoicing activities.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal and external customers.
- Support new customer on-boarding and ensure seamless integration into our systems.
- Making informed decisions to improve performance and mitigate risks to the business.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry.
- Qualifications in Business, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- A deep understanding of safety procedures, product safety initiatives, quality, and legal regulations.
- Impressive customer service credentials and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally WMS and/or TMS systems.
