Audit Committee

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced individuals to join our Audit committee.

The ideal candidates will have a mix of accounting, financial management, legal, risk management, and compliance experience.

Strong business, management, and communication skills are also essential for this role.

The committee meets at least four times per annum and independent members receive a sitting fee per meeting.
