Job Role:

The Cinema Worker Junior plays a key role in the smooth operation of our cinema complex. This position involves induction and training to perform tasks with customer assistance as the priority.

We are seeking an individual who is dedicated to delivering excellence in customer satisfaction, committed to creating a team-oriented work environment, and has effective communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to make informed decisions, maintain high work standards, and adhere to established company procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complete all duties according to standard operating procedures
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema premises
  • Prepare food and beverages for sale, following quality and presentation standards
  • Conduct ticket checks and provide customer support
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services offered to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required
