Our team has a proven track record of training thousands of professionals and evaluating documents for numerous organisations. Our editors work on high-profile projects for a range of government and private clients.

With the increasing need for clarity in online engagement across government and business, we're seeking an experienced Business Support Specialist to join our Training Team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting our trainers and clients by managing training logistics and workflow through our online platforms
  • Setting up and managing training events using software and platforms such as Dynamics 365 and Moodle
  • Providing ad hoc support to our clients with training coordination and administration to ensure information is processed accurately and promptly
  • Supporting the training team to achieve high-quality training outcomes
  • Providing ongoing participant support pre- and post-training as needed
