Claims Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Claims Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to build their career in the insurance industry.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims processes, including lodgment, analysis, and settlements. They will deliver excellent service to clients and suppliers by providing timely and accurate updates over the phone and via email.

Key responsibilities include resolving claims efficiently and effectively while complying with regulatory requirements and internal standards. The ideal candidate will maintain an active and effective diary system for allocated claims and establish/maintain effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification in Insurance Broking (essential).
  • Experience within the insurance industry, ideally with exposure to claims management across a broad range of products, including workers compensation (essential).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to use technology and systems effectively.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively based on the situation.
  • A willingness to learn and support others.
