Our Energy and Resources Engineering Division delivers specialist mining, energy, hydrogen and renewable energy projects across the country. About The Role:

You will drive the delivery of multi-disciplined projects and project teams. The role involves fostering client relationships and exploring opportunities for growth, client management, and a high level of involvement in the technical aspects of the projects.

  • Identification of project opportunities within existing client portfolios and new client opportunities.
  • Ensuring projects are correctly budgeted, resourced and delivered within scheduled timeframes.
  • Leadership and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
  • Actively driving and participating in tender and proposal preparation.
  • Preparation of monthly reporting on project performance against budgets.
  • Interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders, enhancing our presence and position within the market.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering, ideally with a background in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering.
  • Strong background in complex, gas and or mining projects.
  • Demonstrated project delivery experience in a design consultancy is highly desirable.
  • Well connected, driven and ambitious, you will be confident in your ability to open doors and drive business development across the industry.
  • Proven experience in both technical and people management.
  • Demonstrable history in delivering a range of mid to major projects utilizing current best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and acquisition of clients.
  • Strong analytical and technical report-writing skills.
  • A strong commitment to client satisfaction and quality of work
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
