About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Transformation Leader to drive multiple business initiatives and deliver sustainable outcomes aligned with our broader strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting one or more change initiatives, providing advice on scope, change impact, resourcing, and scheduling;
  2. Acting as an interface between the delivery team, stakeholders, and other projects to ensure seamless integration and optimal scheduling;
  3. Analysing the environment, scoping, and defining the change across multiple initiatives to articulate clear outcomes and expected impacts;
  4. Developing and managing the change plan to deliver agreed capabilities and realise customer and business benefits within agreed scope, time, and budget;
  5. Recommending and implementing effective change solutions that put humans at the centre of transformation;
  6. Ensuring required change capability is available by partnering with internal teams and establishing clear accountabilities.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
  • Experience in project management or change management;
  • Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
