Key Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced technician to join our maintenance team in a high-volume commercial bakery.

This role is responsible for performing regular lubrication maintenance on bakery equipment and supporting general repairs and upkeep around the facility to ensure smooth production operations.

Lubrication Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled lubrication of production equipment, including motors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and ovens.
  • Maintain accurate lubrication records and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor equipment for signs of excessive wear, noise, or potential failures.
