This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience performing maintenance activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
About the RoleAs a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with the site Maintenance team and have experience working on various manufacturing and bulk handling equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out time-critical breakdown repairs while ensuring scheduled maintenance work is completed.
- Providing leadership and motivation within the workshop and supporting completion of tasks.
- Working under pressure and adhering to OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A mechanical Trade qualification.
- Knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation.
- Experience working with planned preventative maintenance programs.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Industry experience working with manufacturing and maintenance teams.
- People management skills.
