**School Support Role**

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill a School Support role, supporting the wellbeing of students and staff through pastoral care services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, organisational ability, and the capacity to work effectively in a school environment.

This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check and meet NSCP minimum qualification requirements.

You will also have access to corporate fitness programs, employee assistance programs, and training opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support student wellbeing through pastoral care services
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to promote a positive school culture
  • Develop and implement strategies to support student engagement and motivation

**Requirements**

  • Catholic identity and understanding of Catholic mission
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organisational ability and capacity to work independently
