The successful applicant will be responsible for providing general spiritual advice and support to our school community. This includes:

  • Promoting the wellbeing of our students and staff
  • Providing pastoral care services
Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will have the following key responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the wellbeing of our students and staff through provision of general spiritual advice and pastoral care services
  2. Working collaboratively with teachers and staff to promote a positive and inclusive school environment
  3. Developing and implementing strategies to promote the wellbeing of the broader school community
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Certificate IV in Youth Work or Pastoral Care or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and work effectively in teams
  • Good organisational ability and capacity to work effectively in a school environment
  • An understanding and willingness to support and follow the Catholic Identity and mission of the school
