We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager, Risk to join our organisation's risk management team. This pivotal role supports the head of risk in the strategic management of risk and control frameworks across the organisation.

As a Senior Manager, Risk, you will provide strategic risk advisory services across the organisation, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact organisational objectives and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic risk advisory services
- Collaborating with key stakeholders
- Reviewing and challenging risk profiles
- Supporting the implementation of the risk management framework
- Contributing to risk reporting
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline
- Experience in risk advisory, preferably within the superannuation industry or institutional investment organisations
- 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of risk management principles
- In-depth knowledge of risk assessments and control implementation
