We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, friendly, and able to maintain a professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a proactive approach to complaint resolution and resolve issues confidently.
- Upsell and promote special promotions or facilities available within the hotel.
- Manage administrative tasks and data entry for guest relations.
- Prepare resources for Group Arrivals and VIP Member Arrivals.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring procedures are followed.
- Confident in making credit card and cash transactions.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work a rotating roster.
