We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Technician to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end service to homes and businesses across the nation, from installation to repair and maintenance. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Installation, repair and maintenance of telecommunications equipment
- Identification and resolution of customer issues
- Collaboration with the team to achieve service delivery goals
- Maintenance of accurate records and reporting
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A current Driver's License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent technical skills, including fault finding and installs
- A Cert 3 or Cert 4 in Telecommunications (or equivalent)
