Content Creation and Innovation Team

We are seeking a skilled captioning professional to join our Content Creation and Innovation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality captions in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and timely captions in line with Ofcom guidelines and SLAs.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure captions are completed and delivered on time.
• Log and report all issues to the appropriate person or people.
• Cultivate effective working relationships with colleagues across departments.

Requirements:

• Excellent English grammar and spelling skills are essential for this position.
• Attention to detail and research is crucial in this role.
• Familiarity with content compliance issues.
• Ability to use captioning software and adapt to new versions or systems as introduced.
• Sufficient knowledge and ability to use other software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
