At the forefront of fashion, we seek a visionary Marketing Manager to propel our brand forward. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative leader with a passion for driving growth and excellence. Key focus areas include spearheading brand & content marketing strategies across all channels, online and offline.

About the Role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Brand Management: Execute strategic brand guidelines and Marketing initiatives across all channels.
  • Co-Operative Marketing: Collaborate with Buying to identify and understand external brand co-op opportunities.
  • Private Label Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing & executing marketing & brand strategies for two Private Label brands.
  • Marketing Allocation: Effectively allocate marketing funds to cover all brand activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Fashion Industry Expertise: Proven experience within a fashion apparel or footwear retailer.
  • Marketing Acumen: 5+ years of experience in Marketing within a retail business and completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead a team of reports and work within a collaborative cross-functional environment.
