About the Role:
The Lead Program and Facilities Manager leads and develops a high-performing team, overseeing daily operations for Northern NSW Programs. This includes Ronald McDonald Houses in Newcastle and Tamworth, Family Rooms in Newcastle and Gosford, the Family Retreat in Forster, and the NNSW Learning Program.
As a member of the Senior Leadership team, this role contributes to strategic development of RMH NNSW Programs, ensuring improvement of performance, productivity, efficiency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Programs Team, coordinating and leading service delivery teams
- Develop robust project plans and manage simultaneous projects
- Support a dynamic and diverse team, focusing on training and development

About You:
- Positive and proactive approach with a 'can-do' attitude
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar Leadership role
- Proven experience in training and developing teams
- Experience in Human Resource Management or Business Management, including managing WHS
Requirements:
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Drivers Licence
- Intra-state travel will be required
