Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to join our team as a Senior Lecturer in Nursing. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to shape the future of healthcare through transformative education and high-impact research.
">- Lead academic teams to develop effective curricula and learning materials that enhance student learning experiences and success.
- Integrate industry, clinical and/or research practice into course design to improve student outcomes and employability.
- Design collaborative learning opportunities at the course level and support diverse learners by developing accessible and inclusive unit and course material and practices.
- Develop effective assessment tasks and rubrics at unit and course level and provide timely feedback to learners.
- Contribute to seeking funding for research and creative activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a registered nurse.
- PhD in a relevant discipline and/or other relevant qualifications and experience.
- An excellent record of scholarly learning and teaching in UG and/or PG programs, including innovative curriculum design.
- Demonstrated capacity and passion for leadership of teaching, research and administration.
