Job Opportunity: Cafe & Wellness Bar Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our cafe & wellness bar team in Sydney CBD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality leadership, be calm and detail-focused, and thrive in a high-performing team environment.

  • Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, hygiene, and store presentation standards.
  • Manage daily operations, including rostering, ordering, and open/close procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with senior operations staff for support and development.

About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday only, with great hours from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of 68 during peak service, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Maintain exceptional customer service standards, responding promptly to customer feedback and concerns.
  3. Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, as well as food handling and preparation procedures.
  4. Monitor and control expenses, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  5. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
