About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician to join our team. As a Field-Based Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering quality service to our customers while performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base
  • Using latest field-based mobile technology to manage daily work schedules
  • Inputting inventory on company-allocated service vans and customer sites
  • Providing professional-level service and resolving customer issues efficiently

You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in dealing with Australia's top-tiered customer base, participate in an initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program, and perform routine maintenance and complete service work.

Requirements
  • Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential
  • Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
