About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in leading EICA design projects from conception to implementation, developing innovative solutions for flood risk management and environmental projects, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead EICA design projects from conception to implementation
  • Develop innovative, low-carbon solutions for flood risk management and environmental projects
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the MEICA team
  • Work on diverse projects for clients including the Environment Agency, local authorities, and major infrastructure companies
About You

We are looking for a Chartered or Incorporated member of the IET with a degree in Electrical Engineering and extensive experience in industrial electrical installations, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems. You should be proficient in design software such as Amtech/Trimble Pro Design, Dialight, and Revit, and have in-depth knowledge of BS7671:2018 and current regulatory standards.
