About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Building Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative electrical design solutions for various projects across Australia.

With a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for creative design, you will work closely with our team of expert engineers and technicians to manage the delivery of technically excellent projects. Your excellent communication skills and ability to use your initiative to overcome challenges will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement electrical design solutions for various projects
  • Work closely with other design disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Manage and motivate less experienced engineers to achieve project goals
  • Develop and nurture outstanding client relationships to maximize satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education to degree level in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
  • Substantial experience in an Electrical Engineering role within a building services context
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
