We are seeking a skilled Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our team at a leading infrastructure and mining project. As a Heavy Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for undertaking scheduled and preventative maintenance, repairs, and fitting parts on a variety of machinery, including drills, ITs, light vehicles, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake scheduled and preventative maintenance, repairs, and fitting parts on machinery
- Attend breakdowns, fault finding and diagnostic work, and provide technical support
- Work within safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Cert 3 in Mobile Plant Technology - Essential
- Able to adapt to various conditions and environments across the workshop/field
- Hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence and able to obtain a National Police Check within 6-8 months
- Excellent culture and safety record
- Working independently and within a team environment
