Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the production of assets from creation to deployment, working closely with content creators and partners.

This role plays a critical part in the development of our brand identity, key art, trailers, and screenshots. As a leader, you will guide and manage other team members through ideation, design process, and creative execution.

You will connect and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include creating and communicating content production schedules, maintaining tools, tracking assets and approvals, and leading asset discussions with senior partners.

This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously while relying on support when needed. You will source in-game assets for vendors, initiate music licensing and composition requests, and send assets to the Legal team and ESRB for review.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with 7+ years of experience in production, specifically in CG, animation, VFX production, or similar. The ideal candidate will have led content production for a full-cycle integrated creative campaign, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to effectively communicate schedules, status, risks, challenges, and solutions throughout the organization. You must be able to work well under time and budget constraints and look for ways to support the team.

A master of influence, you will balance creative excellence with on-time delivery while following budget constraints and looking for savings. Experience working with developers and vendors is also required.

The ability to distill complex plans down to their path and essential milestones is crucial. Occasionally, travel may be required for this position.

We offer a competitive salary range of $89,300 - $123,000 CAD, plus a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, extended health/dental/vision coverage, and basic life insurance.
