Andersen Studios is a creative and performance agency partnering with some of the world's most admired brands — from Marriott to MCG, Meta, and beyond. We create content that cuts through: premium productions, trend-setting social, and everything in between.

We're looking for a Social Content Producer to join our team. Someone bold, who's constantly on top of what's trending, lives and breathes social platforms, and loves bringing ideas to life with a camera in hand (or a phone). If you're scrappy, creative, and can turn around content that feels native to TikTok, Instagram, and beyond - we want you.

The Job

  • Capture lo-fi content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories for some of Australia's boldest brands.
  • Edit social-first video quickly and creatively — from jump cuts to trending audio, transitions, and captions.
  • Work closely with our strategy and account teams to turn campaign ideas into scroll-stopping content.
  • Be on the ground at shoots, events, and activations, capturing behind-the-scenes moments and real-time content.
  • Support with design and graphics — bonus points if you can create on-brand assets, templates, or motion graphics.
  • Stay ahead of trends — bringing fresh creative ideas, formats, and references to every brief.

Who You Are

  • A social native — you know TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms better than anyone.
  • A hands-on creator — comfortable shooting on the fly, directing talent, and editing quickly in-app or with Adobe/CapCut.
  • A creative problem-solver — you can make great content happen whether you've got a full studio or just a phone.
  • Bonus: graphic design skills (Adobe/Canva/Figma) to add polish when needed.
  • Curious, proactive, and always looking for the next format, filter, or sound before it trends.
